I am a Knoxville Tennessee and surrounding area photographer that specializes in Senior, Individual, Family , Couples, Engagements and Model sessions. That is how Joe Riggs Photography came to fruition.
I love to have fun on my shoots but take my time to get that special photo. My motto is, Creating Art One Shot at a Time! My goal is to create something that you are proud of, that you fall in love with, and that you just can’t wait to have it hanging on your wall. I look forward to working with you.
